Delivery to Customers living in Emmerich and 15 km surrounding areas.
- Orders below €60 have a €5 delivery fee.
- No weight limits or surcharges on frozen products!
By delivery above the 15 km, please contact us for the fee!
Pick up of orders :
- Only after appointment.
Parcel delivery to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and other European countries:
Once your package is registered, you will receive a tracking link in your email.
- We don’t make profit on the shipping costs, we just pass the cost on to you.
NOTE:
- For parcel shipments containing frozen products containing 5 frozen items and weighing less than 5 kg, we charge a surcharge of €4.75 for the additional packaging required!
- For orders exceeding 5 frozen items and above weighing 5 kg, we charge an additional €7.95 for the additional packaging required!
- You must be at home on the day of delivery to receive the frozen goods.
International shipping Frozen Products remark!
We only ship frozen products to Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium. We send on Monday to Thursdays using parcel next-day delivery, to ensure that your product arrives still frozen. please ensure you are available to receive the order. We cannot guarantee the condition of the contents if it is not received the next day!
